1. About This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and services offered by Setuverse Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U62011MH2025PTC460537) through our website www.setuverse.com and our mobile application. By purchasing any plan or service, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or payment is required to start the trial.

Since no payment is collected during the trial period, no refund applies. You may simply stop using the service and your trial account will expire automatically.

3. Account Setup Fee

Non-Refundable β€” β‚Ή499 (one-time)

This fee is charged once at the time of account activation and is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

When you subscribe to Setuverse, one of our trained associates personally sets up and configures your account. This includes:

  • Creating and configuring your business profile
  • Setting up your product/menu catalogue
  • Configuring GST rates, tax categories, and billing preferences
  • Setting up staff logins and role permissions
  • Connecting your printer and verifying device compatibility
  • Providing an onboarding walkthrough session

The β‚Ή499 account setup fee compensates for the time and effort of this human-assisted onboarding process. Because this work is completed at the time of setup, this fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you continue your subscription.

4. Subscription Refunds

4.1 Annual Subscription (β‚Ή2,999/year)

If you are not satisfied with Setuverse after making your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund of the subscription amount within 7 days of the payment date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date
  • The β‚Ή499 account setup fee is excluded from this refund
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days
  • After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable

4.2 Additional Staff Add-on (β‚Ή599/member/year)

Additional staff login add-ons purchased along with or after the main subscription follow the same 7-day refund window from the date of that specific purchase.

4.3 Renewal Payments

Refunds are not available on subscription renewal payments. We send renewal reminders at least 7 days before the renewal date. If you wish to cancel, please do so before the renewal date (see Section 5).

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Setuverse subscription at any time. To cancel:

Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to Setuverse will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • No pro-rata refund is provided for the unused portion of the subscription period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it will be permanently deleted

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Outside the standard refund window, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional situations at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period
  • Technical failure: If Setuverse was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our end and we were unable to resolve it
  • Unauthorised transaction: If you can demonstrate that the payment was made without your authorisation

To raise an exceptional refund request, email admin@setuverse.com with supporting documentation. We will respond within 3 business days.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window:

  1. Email admin@setuverse.com with subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Business Name]"
  2. Include your registered email address, payment date, and transaction/order ID
  3. Briefly describe your reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
